When you register with Clear Ear Cheer, you'll be asked to create a secure client profile on our Zanda Health portal. Zanda is a professional clinical practice management platform used by healthcare practitioners across the UK and Australia — your personal and clinical information is stored securely and never shared with third parties.

Registering takes less than two minutes. Once you've submitted your details, Jon will contact you personally within 24 hours to discuss your needs and confirm your appointment. There's no automated booking — every appointment is arranged and confirmed directly by Jon.

Your £10 deposit is collected securely through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. The remaining balance is settled on the day of your appointment based on what was actually needed — nothing more.
