This mobile service makes it easy to keep your hearing aids in excellent shape, while regular earwax removal with clinical consultation and video otoscopy, plus ear impressions for custom molds, ensures optimal device protection and fit. Hearing aid users will make substantial savings by booking their regular repeat earwax removal with us, making it easy to maintain clear sound and avoid costly repairs. We offer these discounts to support hearing aid users facing rising private ear health care costs without NHS funding provided in Mid & South Essex and Suffolk & North East Essex.

It is impossible to safely determine the required procedure until a full clinical consultation is complete. That's why we mandate the £40 Ear Health Examination. This ensures we have the necessary video evidence and diagnosis to proceed with any procedure with maximum safety or provide an accurate medical referral if treatment is unsuitable.
To secure an appointment, just book one of our core services online and pay online or give us a call directly and we will book it for you and take the payment. Payment for a core service is taken in advance to secure the booking slot. Please Note: Additional services and travel if required, will be added and billed separately on the day of the appointment and are classed as surcharges. Any additional costs will be discussed in full during your scheduled appointment.

Initial Clinical Consultation
The Core Value: Covers a complete ear health examination with traditional Otoscopy and Video Otoscopy, so our clients can stay informed before consenting to any procedure. This evidence can also be used to refer you to your GP/ENT specialist, or audiologist (if required). It also allows us to build a record of your ear health to monitor over time, ensuring the best patient outcomes.
Ear Wax Removal (Second Ear)
The first ear of wax removal is complimentary, included within the £40 consultation fee.
Hearing Aid Cleaning & Maintenance (Standalone dedicated appointment)
The standard fee for a dedicated 30-minute maintenance appointment outside of a scheduled consultation.
Ear Impressions (Standalone dedicated appointment)
The fee for specialised impression materials and service. Includes a complete ear health examination with traditional Otoscopy and Video Otoscopy, so our clients stay informed before consenting to any procedure.You get to keep your ear impressions or we can help you with the next steps so that your ear impressions are used to get exactly what you want.

These discounted rates reward efficiency, recognising you for consolidating services and acknowledging your loyalty.
Hearing Aid Cleaning & Maintenance Bundle Rate
This subsidised rate applies only when maintenance is performed concurrently with any Wax Removal or Ear Impression appointment.
Loyalty Wax Removal Discount (Wax Removal, 2nd Ear After 3 Visits)
The surcharge for wax removal drops significantly for your repeat and loyal clients. We hope that this helps support hearing aid users who, due to medical requirements, need regular checks.
Loyalty Hearing Aid Cleaning & Maintenance Discount (After 3 Visits)
Deepest Discount: Ensures that ongoing maintenance is highly affordable for repeat and loyal clients.
Ear Impressions (Bundled Rate)
Discounted rate applied when impressions are performed concurrently with any Wax Removal or Ear Impression appointment.
3. The Transparent Parts & Travel Policy
Parts & Consumables Policy
We believe in complete transparency regarding the cost of maintenance materials.
- Routine Consumable Parts: High-quality batteries and wax filters will be fitted at no additional labour charge during your maintenance appointment; however, the cost of the part itself will be charged at cost on the day of the appointment.
- Specialised Parts: Higher-cost items, such as domes, tubing, or ear moulds, will be quoted separately before fitting.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We value your time and will have reserved an appointment time specifically for you. We kindly ask for your consideration of our cancellation policy, as it allows us to serve all our patients efficiently.
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may result in the forfeiture of your £40 deposit, which covers the clinical consultation cost.
