To ensure we can serve all our patients effectively, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following cancellation policy:
📅 Notice Period
48 hours minimum notice required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
This allows us to offer the reserved time to other patients in need of care.
⚠️ Late Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations <48 hours: Forfeiture of £40 deposit (clinical consultation cost)
- No-shows: Failure to attend without notification also forfeits £40 deposit
