A standalone clinic service for care homes. Devices are collected from residents by care staff, processed through our Technical Deep Clean, and returned clean, serviced and documented. No clinical ear assessment is included — book an Ear Health Clinic separately for that.
Professional Technical Deep Clean for up to 12 hearing aids. Service record sticker and CQC documentation on every returned device.

The tables below show the itemised rates per service within each booking tier. All rates are per resident. The £40 consultation base charge covers the full examination, HD video otoscopy, clinical record and referral evidence where required — the first ear wax removal is included within this fee.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We value your time and will have reserved a clinic slot specifically for your home. We kindly ask for your consideration of our cancellation policy, as it allows us to serve all our clients efficiently.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may result in the forfeiture of your £10 deposit.
