Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value your time and will have reserved a clinic slot specifically for your home. We kindly ask for your consideration of our cancellation policy, as it allows us to serve all our clients efficiently.

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may result in the forfeiture of your £10 deposit.
