Partner With Clear Ear Cheer
A Fresh Approach To Pharmacy Partnerships
Your Auditory Care Pathway Covered with Our Mobile Clinician Services
Built on Genuine Partnership, Not Just Transactions
Clear Ear Cheer believes pharmacy partnerships should be genuinely collaborative, flexible, and built on shared success. That's why we've designed our partnership model differently:
- Shared-risk revenue model - We build demand together with 60/40 revenue share, not upfront rental costs
- Your schedule, your terms - Flexible clinic frequency and timing that adapts to YOUR pharmacy operations
- Direct practitioner communication - Call or email Jon directly, not through corporate booking systems
- Trial-first approach - One clinic to test the partnership with zero commitment from either party
- Professional equipment - Audiologist-grade tools including specialist hearing aid cleaning systems
Whether you're exploring ear care services for the first time or looking for a partnership that works differently, please contact us to discuss how we can support your pharmacy.
While our full-time launch is July 2026, we are accepting new pharmacy partnerships now with 1-2 clinic days per week available through June 2026.
Call Jon directly on 07534 764560 to discuss your pharmacy's needs.
The Opportunity for Your Pharmacy
Why Ear Care Services Make Sense Now
The demand for private ear care has never been higher, and pharmacies are perfectly positioned to meet this need:
- NHS waiting times: 3+ months for ear care appointments, 2.3 million procedures annually

- Pharmacy First expansion: Patients already looking to pharmacies for primary care
- Recurring revenue: Ear care needs ongoing maintenance (quarterly/annual visits)
- Foot traffic boost: Patients visit for ear care, purchase other products while in store
Additional Revenue Stream
Generate £800-£1,400 per month in supplementary income from just one or two clinic days, with minimal effort on your part.

Partnership Models: Protecting Both Parties
We offer three partnership models, each designed for different stages of our relationship. We recommend starting with revenue share to build demand together, then transitioning to room rental once success is proven.
Model 1: Revenue Share (60/40)
How it works: Clear Ear Cheer receives 60% of clinic revenue, your pharmacy receives 40%.
Example earnings per half-day clinic:
- 5 patients (£350 revenue): You receive £140
- 6 patients (£420 revenue): You receive £168
- 8 patients (£560 revenue): You receive £224
Why start here:
- Zero risk for both parties
- Shared incentive to promote the clinic
- No financial commitment if demand is lower than expected
- Easy to test the partnership
Best for: First 3-6 months of partnership while building awareness and establishing patient demand.
Model 2: Room Rental (£150/half-day)
How it works: Your pharmacy charges a fixed fee for consultation room usage. Clear Ear Cheer keeps all patient revenue.
Rental rates:
- Half-day clinic (4 hours): £150
- Full-day clinic (8 hours): £250 (only offered after demand is proven)
Your benefits:
- Guaranteed income regardless of patient numbers
- Zero risk - you're paid even if clinic is quiet
- Predictable revenue stream
- Less admin - we handle all bookings
Best for: Established clinics with proven demand (consistently 7+ patients per session).
Model 3: Hybrid (£100 + 25%)
How it works: Your pharmacy receives a guaranteed base payment PLUS a percentage of revenue above a threshold.
Example structure: £100 guaranteed + 25% of revenue over £400
Example earnings per half-day:
- 5 patients (£350 revenue): You receive £100
- 6 patients (£420 revenue): You receive £105
- 8 patients (£560 revenue): You receive £140
Why choose this:
- Minimum guaranteed income
- Upside potential if clinic is busy
- Balanced risk between both models
Best for: Transition phase between revenue share and room rental (months 3-9).
Our Recommended Approach: Start Safe, Scale Smart
Phase 1 (Months 1-3): Launch with Revenue Share
- Half-day clinics only (4 hours, up to 8 patients)
- 60/40 revenue split protects both parties
- Test demand and build awareness together
Phase 2 (Months 4-6): Transition When Ready
- Once consistently achieving 7+ patients per session
- Move to room rental model (£150/half-day) if preferred
- You receive predictable guaranteed income
Phase 3 (Months 7+): Scale Success
- Introduce full-day clinics if demand warrants (£250/day)
- Increase frequency (weekly or twice-weekly)
- Build waiting lists and regular repeat patients

Frequently Asked Questions
What space do you need?
A private consultation room with minimum 2m x 2m space. We bring all equipment (digital otoscope, Jodi Pro hearing aid cleaning system, microsuction unit, consumables). Just need a table, two chairs, and power outlet.
How long are clinic sessions?
We recommend starting with half-day clinics (4 hours) to test demand. Each patient appointment is 30 minutes, so a half-day accommodates up to 8 patients. Once demand is proven (consistently 7-8+ patients), we can expand to full-day clinics (8 hours, 16 patients).
What about insurance and liability?
Clear Ear Cheer carries £6 million clinical indemnity insurance covering all treatments performed in your pharmacy. Your pharmacy has zero liability for clinical procedures - this is entirely covered under our policy.
Who handles patient bookings?
Flexible - we can discuss what works best for your pharmacy. Options include: you take walk-in bookings, we handle online bookings, or a shared approach. Most pharmacies prefer walk-ins handled by their staff, with online bookings managed by us.
Who takes payment from patients?
Typically, patients pay Clear Ear Cheer directly (card reader or cash), and we then transfer your share weekly or monthly depending on partnership model. This simplifies accounting and cash flow for both parties.
How do we promote the clinic to patients?
Shared effort works best. We provide professional marketing materials (posters, leaflets, social media graphics). Your pharmacy can promote through in-store signage, social media, and staff recommendations. We handle online promotion through our website and Google Business Profile. Success comes from both parties actively promoting.
What if the trial clinic doesn't work out?
That's exactly why we begin with a trial clinic. If demand is lower than expected or the partnership doesn't meet expectations, either party can conclude the arrangement without obligation or financial loss. We only proceed with an ongoing partnership when both parties recognize clear mutual value.
Can we start with just one clinic per month?
Absolutely. Many partnerships start with one clinic per month to test demand, then increase frequency (fortnightly or weekly) as patient base grows. We're flexible and want to match your pharmacy's capacity and comfort level.
What makes this partnership approach different?
We've built our model around genuine collaboration rather than transactional rental arrangements. Starting with revenue share means we're both invested in success, you're not paying upfront costs before demand is proven, and we adapt to what works for YOUR pharmacy. You also get direct access to the practitioner (call or email Jon directly) rather than dealing with corporate systems.
What professional equipment do you use?
We use audiologist-grade equipment including digital video otoscopy systems for diagnosis, professional microsuction units for safe wax removal, and the Jodi Pro vacuum and pressure cleaning system for hearing aids - the same equipment used in audiology clinics. This ensures professional results and patient satisfaction.

Quality Assurance & CQC Regulatory Status
Clear Ear Cheer operates to full CQC Fundamental Standards—by choice, not by requirement.
In January 2026, we formally contacted the Care Quality Commission (Reference: CAS-1218456-T5V7D1) to explore registration for our ear care health services. CQC confirmed that specialist ear care services provided by HCPI-qualified practitioners fall outside their regulatory scope—the same status as most mobile ear care providers across the UK.
However, we've made a deliberate choice to exceed industry standards by voluntarily building our entire practice to CQC Fundamental Standards.
What this means for your CQC compliance:
- Full documentation available - policies, procedures, and clinical governance framework for your inspection
- £5M professional indemnity insurance - NACAS Gold membership
- Enhanced DBS clearance - safeguarding vulnerable adults
- Clinical governance - meeting CQC Regulation 12 (Safe Care and Treatment)
- PSA-accredited professional registration in progress - AHCS Clinical Physiology (Audiology) Register for government-recognized professional standards
We provide everything you need for your own CQC compliance and due diligence requirements.
