Professional mobile ear care from Coggeshall — we visit your home or workplace, saving you time and hassle. As an accredited practitioner, Jon can provide GP and specialist referrals with video and photo evidence where needed.
Standard Ear Care
Clinical Consultation
Every appointment starts with a full clinical consultation and HD video otoscopy examination. The first ear wax removal is included within the consultation fee.
Every £40 consultation includes:
Second Ear Wax Removal
The second ear surcharge is added to your £40 consultation fee, bringing the total for both ears to £65.
Choice of microsuction, irrigation or manual removal — the safest method for your ears will be discussed and agreed with you at the time.
Follow-up Visit
If wax removal is not possible at your first appointment — for example due to a softening requirement — a follow-up visit is charged at the standard consultation rate of £40, which includes both ears.

We offer a dedicated discounted pricing structure for hearing aid users, who face ongoing ear care costs with limited NHS support. Your earwax removal is priced differently — £55 for both ears — and you have access to a full range of supportive rates across all services.

Foreign Body / Infection Removal
Where a foreign body or infection is identified during examination, additional clinical time and technique are required. This surcharge is added to your standard consultation fee with your full consent before any treatment proceeds.
Emergency Appointment
Out-of-hours priority appointments are available for urgent situations. The £99 fee covers the full consultation, examination and treatment for one or both ears.
Children & Young Adults (6–17 years)
Appointments for children and young adults include a full ear health check and digital otoscopy examination.
⚠️ Referrals only — insurance restrictions limit treatment for under-18s. Jon will provide full documented evidence for onward referral to the appropriate specialist.

Travel fees are waived for group visits where multiple clients are seen at the same location. All travel fees are confirmed upfront before your booking is finalised.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We value your time and will have reserved an appointment slot specifically for you. We kindly ask for your consideration of our cancellation policy, as it allows us to serve all our clients efficiently.
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may result in the forfeiture of your £10 deposit.
