Mobile service across Essex, Suffolk & London. We create precise, custom ear impressions for hearing aids, musicians' plugs, swim plugs and noise protection — delivered at your home or workplace using medical-grade silicone and HD video otoscopy.
A £10 deposit secures your appointment slot and is deducted from your final balance on the day.

Ear Examination with HD Video Otoscopy
Using high-definition video otoscopy, we inspect your ear canal to ensure it's safe to proceed. You'll see exactly what we see — checking for earwax buildup, infections, or anything that needs addressing first.
Impression Taking
We use hypoallergenic, medical-grade silicone that's soft, flexible and captures every detail of your ear canal. The material is comfortable and sets quickly — you'll feel slight pressure but no pain.
Review & Next Steps
We inspect the impression for accuracy and confirm timelines. Your impressions are sent to trusted UK manufacturers — typically 2–3 weeks delivery for your finished custom product.
💡 Preparation tip: No special preparation needed, but clean ears give the best results. If you have significant earwax buildup, Jon can remove it during the same appointment as an additional service.

Both ear impressions taken in a single appointment — the most cost-effective option for hearing aids, swim plugs and noise protection where both ears are needed.

We offer a dedicated discounted pricing structure for hearing aid users, who face ongoing ear care costs with limited NHS support. Your ear impressions are priced differently — £40 for one ear, £65 for both ears — saving you up to £14 compared to the standard rate.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We value your time and will have reserved an appointment slot specifically for you. We kindly ask for your consideration of our cancellation policy, as it allows us to serve all our clients efficiently.
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may result in the forfeiture of your £10 deposit.
